No Apparent side effects during the past 48 hours so out for a reasonably gentle cycle ride this morning at just after 7.00am. A bit windy but managed to stay dry for the 60 odd minutes.
Covered a total of 16.49 miles, so really pleased as this is the first ride back since my operation on the 18th June.
I am confident that I will be able to complete the London to Brighton cycle ride in September to support the 'New Pool' Fundraising.
Must say a big thank you to my Son-in-Law Steve; who is going to accompany me on this ride.
