Denise and I were visiting Kathy, our youngest daughter and her two children Lily & Sonny; we had arranged to go to Arundel Castle. It was during this visit that Doctor Megan Johnson phoned me to say that my PSA level 'Prostrate Specific Antigen' was still higher than she would wish to see, although it was coming down, but not yet back to ‘normal.’ Normal in a younger man is 3-4, she wanted to have mine back to below 6. I was instructed to increase the amount of fluid intake and make another appointment in about 4 weeks’ time.
