Telling Kathlene and Jannette

After arriving home from the appointment with the specialist, Kathlene happened to phone; a quick 'sign language' conversation with Denise soon confirmed that now was a good time to tell Kathlene, with instructions for her not to discuss with Jannette as she had not been told.

As my diagnosis had been far more favourable than it may have been it was a fairly easy conversation to have with Kathy and later Jannette.

They both said that I should have told them earlier, something that I still disagree with.  However now that they both know I have promised to keep them both fully put to date with any developments - good or bad.

The time that we will need to have this conversation will be about 6 weeks after my final treatment when I will see the specialist again to be told how successful the treatment has been - or not.
